The Engagement Process

We keep the path from first contact to proposal short and predictable. Here's what to expect:

  1. Email us with a brief description of your firm, the practice area, and what you're hoping to automate or build. A few sentences is fine — we don't need a brief or an RFP to start the conversation.
  2. 30-minute discovery call. We'll schedule a call to understand your current workflows, where the time is going, and what good would look like. No pitch from us — just a listening session with direct questions.
  3. We assess fit. After the call, we'll be honest with you about whether we can genuinely help and what the right approach would be. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and, where we can, point you toward someone who is.
  4. Proposal within 48 hours. If there's a good fit, we send a written proposal with a defined scope, timeline, and fixed price. No hourly billing surprises.

We're based in Buenos Aires (UTC-3) and available during US East Coast and Central business hours for calls and correspondence.
